This developer was looking to enhance his investment property by adding two additional income units to this North Park lot. Located in a densely populated urban area this project maximizes a sloped lot while maintaining a sense of privacy for each unit and the existing residence on site. Great views of the city can be seen from exterior balconies or enjoyed from a rooftop garden deck. This project is currently in development.
